Booking and Refund Policy
Accommodation Bookings
Christmas and Easter School Holidays
For the Christmas school holiday period, accommodation bookings of a minimum of one week will be accepted up until one month prior to the commencement of the school holiday period.
For Easter, accommodation bookings of a minimum of four nights will be accepted up until one month prior to Easter.
Shorter stays may be accepted at the Park Manager’s discretion after this time, or earlier where the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.
Long Weekends and Special Events
For long weekends and special events, accommodation bookings of a minimum of three nights will be accepted up until one month prior to the long weekend or special event.
All Other Periods
Accommodation bookings are accepted for a minimum of one night (Weekend minimums may apply)
The Cape Le Grand Cabins require a minimum stay of two nights at all times during this period.
Site Bookings
Christmas School Holidays
For the Christmas school holiday period, site bookings of one week or more will be accepted up until the end of October.
Shorter bookings will be accepted from 1 November, or earlier where the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.
Please note that site preferences are not guaranteed.
Easter and School Holidays
For Easter and school holiday periods, site bookings of a minimum of four nights will be accepted up until one month prior to arrival.
Shorter stays may be accepted at the Park Manager’s discretion after this time, or earlier where the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.
Long Weekends and Special Events
For long weekends and special events, site bookings of a minimum of three nights will be accepted up until one month prior to the long weekend or special event.
Management reserves the right to relocate or change a site number or accommodation number after a booking has been made.
Payments and Deposits
Peak Season
For accommodation bookings, the first night’s accommodation charge is required as a deposit.
For site bookings, a $100 deposit is required.
Christmas balances must be paid in full by 31 October, or at the time of booking for all bookings made after this date.
Easter and Long Weekend/Special Event balances must be paid in full one month prior to arrival, or at the time of booking for bookings made within one month of arrival.
All Other Times
For accommodation bookings, the first night’s accommodation charge is required as a deposit, with the balance payable on arrival.
For site bookings, a $50 deposit is required, with the balance payable on arrival.
Refund Policy
Refunds of deposits and fees paid are available under the following circumstances.
Peak Season
Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are refundable, less a $35 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 28 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
All Other Times
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are refundable, less a $35 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Credit Option
Where a deposit or prepayment is eligible to be refunded, a $35 administration fee will apply.
Alternatively, the full refund amount may be transferred to a future booking, to be used within 12 months, with no administration fee charged.
Online Reservations
All online reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
Guests who prefer to pay an initial deposit only, subject to the conditions above, will need to contact reservations staff directly to confirm their booking.
Some rates and special offers displayed online may not be available to book over the phone, or may require payment in full regardless of the booking method.
